Position: License and Permits Coordinator   

Job Description: 

Our company is currently experiencing rapid growth and we are seeking a maintenance coordinator to join our team. The maintenance coordinator will be responsible for assisting with the tracking of license plates, IPass devices, IFTA filing, toll violations, and various other tasks. The ideal maintenance coordinator will have 1-3 years of experience in the trucking industry within a medium to large organization. The maintenance coordinator will report directly to the Accounting Manager.


Core Responsibilities & Duties: 

  •  Responsible for assisting with the tracking of license plates, IPass devices, IFTA filing, fuel card management through 3rd party vendor, and toll violations
  • Maintain and manage excel spreadsheets
  •  Able to focus on current task and filter out distractions 
  •  Proactively establish and maintain effective working relationships inside and outside of the organization
  •  Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements


  •  1-3 years of experience in the trucking industry
  •  Highly organized, strong attention to detail
  •  Strong work ethic, high integrity
  •  Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  •  Excellent communication and problem solving skills
  •  All applicants are subject to criminal background investigation
  • Ideal candidate will possess a “can do” attitude with a “will do” work ethic
  •  Interpersonal skills necessary to build effective working relationships with employees at all levels of the organization
  •  Strong organization, prioritization, project management and consulting skill set
